This full-time role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and Floridian licensure, plus documentation standards compliance. The position emphasizes direct therapy with diverse clients across multiple settings and adherence to agency policies

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related human services field.
• Two years of related professional experience.
• Must be licensed by the State of Florida as a clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist or mental health counselor.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, marital and family therapy in various settings (office, teletherapy, community, home as needed).
• Maintains required documentation for clinical records per policies and specifications.
• Meets service productivity standard for direct therapy services.
• Requests authorization for services through insurance when required.
