Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking licensed CNAs to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in clients' homes across Springfield and surrounding Fairfax County.

The role requires an active Virginia CNA license, 1–2 years' caregiving experience, and ability to work independently with adherence to care plans, safety protocols, and documentation. CPR/First Aid preferred; flexible FT/PT/PRN schedules available.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA license in good standing (Required)
• 1–2 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience (Required)
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care per care plans
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes to supervising nurse or care team
• Maintain accurate documentation of care
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Follow state regulations, company policies, and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
