Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing.

The role focuses on independent, high-quality patient-centered care in a home care setting across Vienna and Northern Virginia locations. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing with Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of caregiving or clinical experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care services per individualized care plans.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support.
• Monitor and report changes to supervising nurse or care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients.
• Follow state regulations, company policies, and infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
