Job description

Due to our continuous growth, we seek Licensed or Provisionally Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LADC, LMFT, LMSW, LPC-A) clinicians to provide counseling and psychotherapy in our Clinic and private practice groups. Clinicians must complete accurate clinical notes and treatment plans in our Electronic Health Records (EHR), Therapy Notes. Clinicians must also adhere to all CT laws and ethical codes for their profession.

• REQUIREMENTS : Must be licensed in good standing in CT as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, LMSW, LPC-A.
• TYPE : Fee-for-service (FFS) position. You are paid a flat rate for each patient you see. These rates are very competitive. Full-time and part-time options are available. Part-time is a minimum of 20 client hours per week.
• WE OFFER Flexible schedule, the opportunity to become a clinical supervisor / growth, and student loan forgiveness through HRSA, PSLF, and the newly launched CT Student Loan Forgiveness Repayment plan.

We are a fully approved Health Service Corp Site (HRSA) that allows our employees to apply for student loan forgiveness of up to $75,000 bi-annually for full-time licensed clinicians and $35,000 bi-annually for part-time licensed clinicians. In addition to being part of the PSLF non-profit student loan forgiveness program and the newly launched CT Student Loan Forgiveness Repayment program.
• WE PROVIDE Professional office space, administrative staff, billing staff, and full access to our EHR telehealth platform.
• IDEAL CANDIDATE : Must be able to provide services to at least 20 clients per week for part-time and 35+ hours per week for full-time. Ability to work with little supervision if fully licensed, and if provisionally licensed, a weekly Supervisor will be assigned to you. Must have experience with telehealth. Must be professional, have good judgment, excellent writing skills, and be reliable.
