ChildNet Youth and Family Services seeks a Clinician for Inland Empire Behavioral Health Services in Riverside/Palm Desert, CA. The Clinician will provide individual/group therapy and case management to at-risk children and families, collaborating with caregivers and schools in a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires a Master’s in a mental health field and California licensure or eligibility; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Formación

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise caseload of 12–16 clients.
• Provide individual/family therapy and case management.
• Collaborate with caregivers, parents, CSWs, teachers, doctors, and others.
• Encourage family participation in service planning.
• Coordinate service delivery with agencies and schools; act as ICC.
• Ensure health and safety of all clients.
• Provide crisis intervention 24/7.
• Follow program, federal, state, county, and school regulations.
• Complete DBH/BHS paperwork with supervisor deadlines.
• Document client information in EHR within required timeframes.
• Maintain accurate client charts and assessments.
• Attend weekly supervision and team meetings.
• Present cases to Utilization Review Committee.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
