Job summary

ChildNet Youth and Family Services is seeking a Clinician for the Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Program in Riverside and Palm Desert, CA. The Clinician will manage a caseload of 12–16 clients and provide individual and group therapy, along with case management, within an interdisciplinary team.

Key duties include collaborating with caregivers, teachers, and CSWs, ensuring client safety, and maintaining documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field.
• Current registration as AMFT/ACSW/APCC or licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPCC in CA (or waived).
• Ability to handle crisis situations and meet deadlines.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of all clients on caseload (12–16).
• Deliver individual/family therapy and case management in home, school, or office.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers and other professionals for interdisciplinary care.
• Engage families in treatment planning and service delivery.
• Coordinate with county agencies, schools and other stakeholders.
