Join a nationwide hybrid care model serving 175,000+ clients annually. Independently licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania (LCSW) should be available for 25+ sessions weekly and comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician authorized to practice in Pennsylvania (LCSW) with independent licensure.
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Committed to measurable client progress and quality care.
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic health record tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Develop and maintain a full caseload, with up to 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to deliver care and coordinate with teams.
• Collaborate with the clinical community and participate in supervision when available.
• Support clients across a nationwide hybrid care model.
