Job summary

Thriveworks in Bethlehem, PA is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You must be independently licensed and reside in Pennsylvania (LCSW strongly preferred).

The role offers a full-time schedule with 30 hours of weekly availability, a ramp stipend for 25+ sessions, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, CEU reimbursement, and student loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Pennsylvania—LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Responsibilities
