Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is looking for a licensed therapist to join the IAFF Center of Excellence in Upper Marlboro, MD. This role involves providing therapy and support to first responders dealing with PTSD and addiction issues. Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in a relevant field and be licensed in Maryland. Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counseling, or related field.
• Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
