Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is looking for a licensed therapist to join the IAFF Center of Excellence in Upper Marlboro, MD. Schedule: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri with an occasional weekend day rotation every 4-6 weeks.

Starting Pay: Independently Licensed - $79,040.00 - $89,440 | Preliminary Licensed - $70,720 - $74,880

It is a haven for members to talk with others who have faced or overcome similar challenges.

Job Duties

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Requirements

• Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required
• Licensed in the State of Maryland to practice required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field
• LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical)
• LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist)
• LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
• LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor)
• Licensed PhD/PsyD
• LGPC (Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor)
• LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
• LGMFT (Licensed Graduate Marriage & Family Therapist)
• LGADC (Licensed Graduate Alcohol & Drug Counselor)
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• CPR and BFA Certification required
