Job summary

The Recovery Village FL seeks Licensed Professionals to provide therapy and assessments for individuals dealing with addiction and PTSD. Located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, this role offers a competitive salary of up to $93,600 with benefits including health coverage and a generous PTO policy. Qualifications

• Masters’ Degree in a related human services field required.
• Licensed in Maryland to practice as LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC or related.
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.

It is a haven for members to talk with others who have faced or overcome similar challenges.

Job Duties

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.
• Licensed in the State of Maryland to practice required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field.
• LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical)
• LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist)
• LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
• LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor)
• Licensed PhD/PsyD
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• CPR and BFA Certification required.
