Job summary

Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking compassionate, licensed clinicians for full-time and part-time roles to support behavioral health services and research initiatives across Region 8. Clinicians will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and help expand access to care for individuals and families across the region.

This outpatient setting emphasizes crisis intervention, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in Louisiana (LCSW/LPC/LMFT)
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health care
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing therapy, including crisis intervention, in outpatient settings
• Develop and implement treatment plans for behavioral health diagnoses
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and annual reassessments
• Coordinate with care managers, families, and prescribers
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and required documentation
