Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium seeks a behavioral health clinician to provide evidence-based, culturally relevant outpatient care for individuals with behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. The role includes individual, group, family, and marital therapy, plus bio-psychosocial assessments and care coordination in clinics across Haines, Klawock, Petersburg, and Wrangell.

Active licensure is required; supervision is offered for those not yet licensed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred.
• Alaska driver's license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally relevant screening, assessment, diagnosing, treatment planning, and evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention services during clinic hours and in rotating after-hours shifts.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and reviews based on client needs.
• Coordinate care, advocacy, and education with patients and families.
• Maintain timely, complete documentation in the EHR per policy and licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals.
