Job summary

The Crestwood Behavioral Health San Jose campus is seeking a Licensed Clinician to support the direction and coordination of program elements within our psychiatric health facility. The role emphasizes therapeutic guidance, policy compliance, and collaboration with the Clinical Director to implement core programs.

Licensed clinicians (LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist) with at least two years in healthcare (one in mental health) and knowledge of DSM-5 are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license as an LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
• A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, at least one in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5.
• Familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations.
• Valid CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of programming.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and timely reporting requirements.
• Help supervise program staff by providing therapeutic guidance.
• Assist the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.
