Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks a Licensed Clinician to support programming direction and ensure policy compliance at our San Jose campus. The role provides therapeutic guidance to staff and helps implement the core program under supervision of the Clinical Director.

Candidate must hold an LCSW/MFT/psychologist/psychiatrist license, with at least two years in healthcare (one in mental health), knowledge of DSM-5, DMH Titles 9 familiarity, and a valid California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license as an LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
• A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5.
• Familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations.
• Valid CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Clinician assists in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of programming.
• The Licensed Clinician ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
• The Licensed Clinician helps in the supervision of program staff by providing therapeutic guidance.
• In addition, assists the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.
