Lancesoft in Roxboro, NC is seeking a Licensed Clinician (LCSWA/LCMHCA/LCSW/LCMHC) to perform behavioral health assessments, provide individual therapy and group psychotherapy for adults and families.

This full-time, in-person role offers hybrid and remote options with a salary range of $50,000-$60,000+ DOE. Includes health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, supervision toward licensure, EAP, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LCSWA, LCMHCA, LCSW, or LCMHC license.
• Preferred: LCAS or LCASA certification, or willingness to register for LCASA after hire.
• Experience providing individual psychotherapy.
• Experience providing group psychotherapy.
• Experience with behavioral health, substance use disorders, and Medicaid populations preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
• Provide individual psychotherapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Support clients in outpatient, community-based, and residential/halfway house settings.
• Collaborate with peer support specialists, prescribers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Additional Information:
