Location: New Rochelle, NY (1 Day Remote)

Hours: Full-Time

Salary: $65,000 (LMSW or LP-MHC, MFT); $75,000 (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Clinician/Licensed Mental Health Therapist for TGCW’s Integrated Mental Health and Addiction clinic. The interdisciplinary team provides:

• Comprehensive diagnostic assessments
• Participant-centered care planning
• Clinical excellence and evidence-based interventions
• Individual, family, and group therapy
• Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Peer support and engagement
• Linkages to additional services and care
• Achievement of participant-determined outcomes

Position Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments, care planning, therapy, and clinical documentation
• Familiarity with Westchester County System of Care and resources for all age groups and behavioral health needs

Qualifications:

• NY State LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Limited Permit accepted
• Positive attitude with ability to engage diverse individuals
• Belief in behavioral health recovery, integrated services, harm reduction, and person-centered care
• Knowledge of evidence-based substance use and mental health treatments
• Commitment to social justice, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
• Experience with justice-involved populations preferred but not required
