Hours: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000 (LMSW or LP-MHC, MFT); $75,000 (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Clinician/Licensed Mental Health Therapist for TGCW’s Integrated Mental Health and Addiction clinic. The interdisciplinary team provides:
- Comprehensive diagnostic assessments
- Participant-centered care planning
- Clinical excellence and evidence-based interventions
- Individual, family, and group therapy
- Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Peer support and engagement
- Linkages to additional services and care
- Achievement of participant-determined outcomes
Position Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments, care planning, therapy, and clinical documentation
- Familiarity with Westchester County System of Care and resources for all age groups and behavioral health needs
Qualifications:
- NY State LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Limited Permit accepted
- Positive attitude with ability to engage diverse individuals
- Belief in behavioral health recovery, integrated services, harm reduction, and person-centered care
- Knowledge of evidence-based substance use and mental health treatments
- Commitment to social justice, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Experience with justice-involved populations preferred but not required
