Job summary

Groups in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Licensed Clinician to lead group therapy sessions and contribute to member-centered care teams. This hybrid role emphasizes recovery, compassion, and collaboration within a mission-driven environment.

The position offers a sign-on bonus and a schedule of Monday–Thursday, 9am–7pm, with compensation in the range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year, dependent on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification: LISW/LCSW or LPCC.
• Minimum two years' experience leading groups in a SUD setting.
• High comfort level with EMR, Telehealth software and Google products.
• Compassion, collaboration and commitment to quality care.
• Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions daily using a structured curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions with a plug-and-play approach within clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment and engage in community outreach.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
• Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.

Qualifications

• An active license or certification: LISW/LCSW or LPCC
• Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting.
• High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
• Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
• Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
