Tides Mental Health, a growing Chicago-based private practice, seeks a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) for a hybrid, in-person role launching new locations. You will carry a full caseload, collaborate with a supportive leadership team, and help shape clinical culture from day one while contributing to outreach and community presence.

Qualificações

• Active clinical licensure in Illinois (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) for full-time role.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and professional communication.
• Alignment with mission, values, and client-centered care.
• Entrepreneurial, growing startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse client population.
• Maintain a full-time clinical caseload aligned with standards of care.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Contribute to development of thoughtful, personalized treatment experiences.
• Support the launch and culture-building for a new location.
• Assist in refining best practices to strengthen client-therapist relationships.
• Support outreach or community engagement to establish a local client base.
