Job description

Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for Part-Time, Licensed Behavioral Therapists to deliver both onsite and virtual care at our clinic in Long Island.

If you are passionate about evidence-based mental health care for kids, teens, and families, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing comprehensive care to children up to 18, including therapy, care plan development, evidence-based interventions in individual and group formats, and measurement-based care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in peer consultation, and participating in professional development
• Community engagement and outreach
• Supervising pre-licensed trainees (e.g., associate-level masters providers)

Requirements:

• Availability during peak hours (3pm–7pm)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT licensure with at least 3,000 hours of supervision
• Completion of one of the following exams: NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, or ASWB
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, and similar concerns
• Knowledge of current clinical research and a commitment to staying updated
• Strong ethical standards
• Experience in both in-person and virtual care
• Supervisory experience with pre-licensed providers
• Nice to have: Availability on Saturdays (9 am - 1 pm)

The target compensation ranges from $50,000 to $68,750, depending on licensure, experience, location, and other factors.
