Job summary

Springfield Behavioral of Pennsylvania, part of the Optum family, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) to join our Springfield, PA team. You’ll provide evidence-based mental health care with clinical autonomy, backed by a national healthcare organization.

Responsibilities include screening, diagnosing, and treating patients; maintaining EMR accuracy; and collaborating on a provider profile to showcase expertise and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of practice.
• 2+ years post-master’s experience providing behavioral health services.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatments including CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EMR/clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing to create a provider profile highlighting experience and approach.
