Springfield Behavioral of Pennsylvania, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in North Wales, PA. You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy and maintain clinical autonomy within a nationally recognized organization.

Responsibilities include screening, assessment, therapy, and EMR documentation. A PA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) is required, with 2+ years preferred. Competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and CE reimbursement are offered.

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using various approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and/or other evidence-based methods.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing to create a professional provider profile that helps patients learn about your experience, specialties, and treatment approach.
