Springfield Behavioral of Pennsylvania, part of Optum, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) to join our West Chester, PA team. You will provide individual and family psychotherapy with clinical autonomy and the support of a nationwide behavioral health network.

Responsibilities include screening and treating with CBT/DBT, documenting in EMRs, monitoring outcomes, and collaborating on provider profiles to help patients learn about your approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field is required.
• Clear, active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Track treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms and side effects.
