Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of professional behavioral health experience post-master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor treatment response and track changes in symptoms.
• Maintain accurate EMR and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing to create a professional provider profile.
