Job summary

Optum Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) in Blue Bell, PA to provide evidence-based mental health treatment with clinical autonomy and the support of a national healthcare organization.

You will screen and treat patients, maintain EMR documentation, and collaborate with a network of professionals to deliver high-quality care. A Master’s degree and active license are required; 2+ years of direct psychotherapy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EMR and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing to create a professional provider profile.
