Innovative Counseling Partners, PLLC is a holistic, client- and employee-centered private practice in Hinsdale, IL seeking licensed therapists. Compensation ranges from $55 to $80 per clinical hour, depending on licensure, billing entity, and session type, with opportunities for additional income through supervision and blog writing.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with IL license(s)
• 1–3 years of behavioral health experience
• Willingness to work at least 12 clinical hours per week; full-time 25–30 hrs/wk

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy to adults, families, and children as appropriate.
• Maintain ethical and confidential practice and participate in supervision and CEU activities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a supportive clinic culture.
