Job summary

Innovative Counseling Partners, PLLC is a private practice offering comprehensive mental health counseling, promoting a supportive, inclusive environment. We seek licensed clinicians to join our team, with emphasis on multilingual care and a growth-oriented workplace.

The role requires Illinois licensure (LPC/LCPC/LSW/LCSW), 1–3 years in behavioral health, and a commitment to 12+ clinical hours weekly, including evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW).
• 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Passionate about supporting others.
• Ability to work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week with flexible options for full-time.
• Evenings and weekends required (2 evenings/week or 1 evening/week + weekend sessions).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical therapy to clients (adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents).
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors as needed.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Current Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW)
• 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health
• Passionate about supporting others
• Ability to work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week with flexible options for full-time
• Work hours include at least 2 evenings per week or 1 evening per week and hours on Saturday or Sunday with at least (8) sessions at prime time: (5 pm - 9 pm weeknights) or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Private practice experience
• Background in Community Mental Health or Behavioral Health Hospital
• Registered with CAQH and holds an NPI number
• Specialized training in areas such as Play Therapy, Art Therapy, DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR
