Job summary

Missouri Behavioral Health in Springfield is seeking a licensed clinical therapist for a full-time, onsite role delivering individualized mental health and addiction treatment. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy in person and via secure telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in mental health and psychology, including assessment and evidence-based interventions.

• Licensed in MO or eligible for licensure transfer (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist).

• Master's or doctoral degree in related behavioral health field.

Role Description

The licensed clinical therapist role is a full-time, onsite position responsible for delivering individualized mental health and addiction treatment services. The therapist will monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and collaborate with case managers, medical providers, and other team members to ensure coordinated care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, and adhering to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards. The therapist will also contribute to program development, provide psychoeducation to clients and families, and support a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care environment.
