Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent) or eligibility.
• Experience in mental health settings, including crisis intervention and treatment planning.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and trauma‑informed care.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and HIPAA knowledge.

Role Description

The Licensed Clinical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH. The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating care with other providers, and participating in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings. The role involves crisis intervention as needed, ongoing monitoring of client progress, and adherence to all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards. The therapist will also contribute to program development initiatives and support a culture of continuous improvement in clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Background in Social Work with skills in case management and client advocacy.
• Training in Psychology with a strong foundation in mental health assessment and diagnosis.
• Experience working in Mental Health settings, including crisis intervention and treatment planning.
• Competence in Family Therapy and related modalities for work with couples and families.
• Current licensure (e.g., LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Ohio, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and providing inclusive, trauma-informed care.
• Experience with electronic health records and familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is preferred.
