Ellie Mental Health in Nashville, TN is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to join our multi-clinic team. The role emphasizes flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance and determination to improve access to quality mental health care in Middle TN.

Therapists are highly compensated with base pay, commissions, paid time off, CEU time, holidays, and the option to set your own schedule while managing a caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed to diagnose and treat mental health issues using psychotherapy.
• Able to provide license supervision for aspiring LCSWs, LPC-MHSPs, or LMFTs.
• Experience completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Comfort with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain a minimum caseload per week for Full-Time status (27 visits).
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Apply creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session-specific documentation.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families and other staff as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain a positive, flexible and compassionate approach.

Skills

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences

Licensed to diagnose/treat mental-ill

License supervision for LCSWs/LPC-MHSP

Experience completing treatment plans

Written and verbal communication

Boundary setting with clients
