Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD/PsyD in psychology, social work or counseling required.
• Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD or PhD) or eligible for licensure required.
• Experience providing clinical supervision in healthcare or mental health settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide regular triadic supervision to supervisees (AMFT, ACSWs, APCCs).
• Monitor and evaluate clinical work, offering guidance and feedback.
• Oversee client cases, treatment planning, and adherence to protocols and ethics.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with HR to address employee relations and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance in supervision activities.
