Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our client care programs. The role reports to the Program Director and involves providing leadership, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines, and supporting daily operations across our services.

Ideal candidates hold an active LICSW or LMHC in MA, have a Master’s in a human services field, at least two years of experience with children, youth and families, and are proficient in

Qualifications

• Active Independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) required.
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field.
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services.
• Previous training experience required.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute to one of our office locations.
