Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Medical Social Worker required.
• Two years of professional experience in employment/recruiting & staffing in workforce development preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have transportation for local travel.
• Two to four years of complex case file management preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post assessments for screening of mental health concerns.
• Assist with training, mentoring and auditing team member performance.
• Ensure access to supportive and retention services for job seekers.
• Submit Success Stories and conduct one-on-one interviews with participants.
• Maintain and compile data in required systems and maintain case notes.
• Create and update plans according to contract deadlines.
• Attend scheduled weekly unit meetings.
• Monitor and record job seeker participation in activities.
