Merit Health Wesley is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the WorkWell Clinic in Hattiesburg, MS. This part-time role focuses on psychosocial assessments, patient advocacy, and care planning across multidisciplinary teams.

You will support patients and families through care decisions and collaboration with nurses, physicians, and case management. The position requires a MSW or related field, LCSW licensure, and 2–4 years of therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Psychology required.
• 2–4 years of experience in individual, group, and family therapies.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for diverse patient groups.
• Identify needs and provide referrals and discharge planning support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Support patients and families to cope with illness and transitions.
