Open Door is seeking a Full‑time bilingual English‑Spanish speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker for its Family Medical Center in Ossining, NY. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will report to the Director of Behavioral Health, based in Ossining, NY. The dedicated individual will work closely with the primary health care team to provide integrated behavioral health care to improve the patients’ medical outcomes. The licensed clinician will possess excellent clinical skills, provide short‑term Behavioral Health care using evidence‑based treatment models with adults, children, and families, and establish and implement clinical treatment goals in collaboration with the integrated health care team.
