Aurora Wellness is seeking a New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice.
This is a 100% remote, flexible part-time psychotherapy position for an LCSW who wants to build a consistent outpatient caseload without the administrative burden of operating a private practice.
Aurora provides patient referrals, insurance credentialing, billing support, malpractice coverage, a modern EHR, clinical support, and practice infrastructure—allowing you to focus on providing excellent therapy.
LCSWs are compensated $70 per completed therapy session/hour.
You choose your availability and can build a recurring caseload around your existing professional and personal commitments.
This position can be a strong fit for therapists looking to supplement an existing role, expand their outpatient clinical work, or develop a consistent part-time caseload without taking on the administrative responsibilities of private practice.
Aurora provides the infrastructure behind your therapy practice.
You won't need to build a private practice from scratch or independently manage the administrative side of insurance-based care.
You focus on therapy. Our team supports the infrastructure around it.
One of the advantages of practicing at Aurora is the opportunity to work within an integrated behavioral health organization.
In addition to Aurora's broader patient acquisition efforts, therapists may receive internal referrals directly from our psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and interventional psychiatry programs.
This includes opportunities to provide psychotherapy to patients receiving Spravato® (esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression when clinically appropriate.
Our integrated model allows therapists and psychiatric providers to collaborate around patients who benefit from both psychotherapy and psychiatric treatment.
We welcome LCSWs from a range of clinical backgrounds and treatment orientations.
Aurora is a physician-led behavioral health organization focused on expanding access to high-quality, insurance-based mental healthcare.
Our therapists work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and interventional psychiatry teams, creating opportunities for coordinated care rather than practicing in isolation.
Our mission is to make exceptional mental healthcare more accessible while creating an environment where clinicians have the resources and support necessary to do their best work.
Aurora invests in patient acquisition, payer relationships, credentialing, billing, technology, and operational support so our clinicians can spend more of their time caring for patients.
If you're a New York LCSW looking for a flexible, fully remote therapy opportunity with patient referrals, administrative support, integrated psychiatric care, and no need to build a private practice from scratch, we'd love to meet you.
