Brave Health is a nationwide telehealth provider delivering outpatient mental health care from therapists' homes. We are seeking full-time licensed therapists to join our remote team, offering a competitive base salary plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible shift options.

Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; we are a Medicaid/Medicare provider. We support growth with an annual stipend for education opportunities and HIPAA-compliant privacy protections.

Formación

• Must be a licensed mental health professional in Texas (LCSW/LMFT/LP).
• Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Collaborate with clients to set treatment goals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.

We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!

• Compensation package includes base salary plus bonus!
• Monday - Friday schedule; Shift options include: 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CDT

• Additional compensation offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish)!
• We not only partner with commercial health plans, but are also a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and see patients across the lifespan
• At this time, we are unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
