Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to deliver outpatient mental health care through our telehealth program. This role is 100% remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule and shift options in ET hours.

Candidates should hold a master’s degree and licensure, and be eligible to work in the United States. English fluency is required, Spanish is preferred, and experience with telehealth tools and HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and licensure required.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship now or in the future).
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.
• Proficiency with telehealth software and HIPAA/privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth.
• Work remotely from home in a full-time capacity.
• Adhere to a Monday–Friday schedule with shift options (9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm ET).

• $76k - 84k base salary ; and incentivized bonus pay structure to eligible employees
• Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends! Shift options include
• 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm ET

Requirements:

• Master's level degree and licensure

Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes

Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
