Job Description

We are seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services via telehealth. Enjoy the benefits of working remotely from your own home!

• W2, Full-time
• Compensation includes a base salary plus bonus, ranging from $68k-$74k, with earning potential up to $100k
• Monday - Friday schedule; no weekends. Shift options include 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CDT/EST
• Liability insurance covered, plus annual stipend for growth and education
• Additional compensation for bilingual candidates (Spanish)
• We partner with commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plans, serving patients across the lifespan

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Kentucky independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred, other languages a plus
• Meet background and regulatory requirements
