Job Description

We are seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and deliver outpatient services via telehealth. Our team works 100% remotely from home.

• W2, Full-time
• Compensation: $68k-$74k base plus bonus, with earning potential up to $100k
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, no weekends; shifts include 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CDT/10am-7pm or 11am-8pm EDT
• Liability insurance covered, annual stipend for growth & education
• Additional pay for bilingual candidates (Spanish)
• We partner with commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare providers, serving patients across the lifespan

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Kentucky independent licensure - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
• Meets background and regulatory requirements
