Job summary

UltaCare Medical is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver psychotherapy to nursing home residents. You will provide talk therapy, assess mental health needs, and collaborate with facility staff to ensure integrated care.

The role offers an independent work environment with flexible hours Monday–Friday, full-time employment, and a compensation package including salary plus bonus. UltaCare handles billing, credentialing, and insurance tasks to let you focus on patient care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited university.
• Active LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility staff and administration to provide an integrated patient experience.
• Document visit notes within 24 hours of the visit.
• Provide psychotherapy to patients and occasionally to their families.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to patients.

Job Overview:

UltaCare Medical, a leader in providing on-site healthcare services, is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential psychotherapy (talk therapy) services to residents of a nursing home.

We remove the common burdens associated with many other similar roles. We take care of all billing, credentialing, dealing with insurance, and other administrative tasks. This enables you to focus on what you are trained to do best, provide valuable talk therapy to the nursing home residents.
