UltaCare Medical is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide psychotherapy to nursing home residents. The role is on-site, with full-time hours and a salary plus bonus structure.

All billing and credentialing are handled by the employer to let you focus on patient care. Responsibilities include collaborating with facility staff, timely documentation, and offering talk therapy to patients and sometimes their families.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field is required.
• Active LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience with geriatric populations is preferred but not required.

Job Overview:

UltaCare Medical, a leader in providing on-site healthcare services, is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential psychotherapy (talk therapy) services to residents of a nursing home.

We remove the common burdens associated with many other similar roles. We take care of all billing, credentialing, dealing with insurance, and other administrative tasks. This enables you to focus on what you are trained to do best, provide valuable talk therapy to the nursing home residents.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with facility staff and administration, when appropriate, to provide an integrated patient experience.
• Document visit notes within 24 hours of the visit.
• Provide psychotherapy to patients and occasionally to their families.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to patients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field from an accredited university.
• Active LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred but not required).
