UltaCare Medical is seeking a compassionate psychotherapist to join our post-acute care team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality psychotherapy in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings, with autonomy and a flexible schedule.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients with depression, anxiety, dementia, and life transitions, while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted LCSW or LPC-MHSP license.
• Experience working with geriatric population and dementia preferred.
• Experience in post-acute or healthcare setting preferred.

• Support patients with conditions including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, dementia, grief, loss, and life transitions.
• Timely, accurate documentation.

• Annual compensation $55,000.00.
