Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in our Kingwood office. The role offers 100% outpatient care in a group practice with a hybrid work model and generous compensation. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, parental leave, EAP, and more.

We seek fully licensed LCSWs in Texas, with experience serving adults and/or children/adolescents. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, plus a sign-on bonus and annual cash incentive plan.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW in the State of Texas. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
