LifeStance Health in Cedar Park, TX seeks licensed therapists to join a national behavioral health team. The role offers 100% outpatient work in a group practice, with a hybrid schedule (in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) and a January start.

Compensation is above market, with full benefits and a sign-on bonus and annual cash incentive plan. Licensed therapists must be fully licensed as an LCSW in Texas and experienced with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW in the State of Texas. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in office.
• January Start date.
