LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed Therapists for our Tomball office to join a nationwide behavioral health team. The role is 100% outpatient in a group practice setting, with a hybrid work model and strong administrative support.

Qualified candidates are fully licensed LCSWs in Texas, experienced with adult and/or child/adolescent populations, and ready to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment offering above-market compensation, benefits, and a sign-on bonus.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW in the State of Texas. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
