Job summary

UW Health in Rockford, IL is seeking a licensed mental health professional for a full-time position at our N. Main St. Clinic.

The role requires a Master’s degree and an Illinois license (LCSW or LCPC) with at least two years of clinical experience in mental health and experience in individual and/or group casework. Position offers 100% FTE with standard M-F hours, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package including PTO, retirement, and tuition assistance.

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8a-5p; scheduled hours may very within this timeframe; one day until 6p, Fridays off at 4p. You will work at UW Health N. Main St. Clinic 2601 N Main St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

Qualifications

• Master's Degree Required

Work Experience

• At least two years of experience providing clinical services in mental health. Required
• At least two years experience in individual and/or group casework. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• LCSW license or LCPC. Required
• Current license from the State of Illinois. Required
• Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
