Job summary

UW Health SwedishAmerican in northern Illinois seeks a licensed clinical social worker or licensed clinical professional counselor to provide mental health services. The role requires at least two years of clinical mental health experience and hands-on casework with individuals or groups.

The position is 100% FTE, Monday–Friday 8a–5p, on-site at the N. Main St. Clinic; it includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• At least two years of experience providing clinical services in mental health.
• Experience in individual and/or group casework preferred.
• LCSW or LCPC license required in Illinois.
• Current Illinois license required.
• Valid State driver’s license and liability insurance required.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification required.
