Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services across Louisiana. This role focuses on adults, couples, and families, with sessions conducted remotely via telehealth.

The ideal candidate holds an MSW and a current Louisiana LCSW license, plus solid outpatient experience. Telehealth proficiency, HIPAA-compliant practice, and strong documentation habits are essential for success.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Louisiana

Location: Louisiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

What This Role Looks Like

Most of your day will be spent in scheduled video sessions with adults, couples, and families across Louisiana. The work is centered on helping people understand what is happening within their relationships and how changes at home, stress, grief, or ongoing disagreements may be affecting them. You will lead those conversations, keep each case organized, and step in appropriately when a concern falls outside the scope of routine therapy.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family sessions by video
• Help clients talk through recurring issues in their relationships or home life
• Explore family roles, expectations, boundaries, and major changes when relevant
• Keep clinical notes clear and current after appointments
• Recognize situations that require closer review, referral, or a different level of care
• Communicate with other professionals when coordination is necessary
• Maintain appropriate boundaries and protect client privacy
• Practice in accordance with Louisiana LMFT and HIPAA requirements
• Active Louisiana LCSW license (in good standing)
• Masters in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings (telehealth is a plus)
• Comfortable with EHR documentation and video-based care
• Reliable internet and a private workspace for sessions
