Location: Louisiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year

About the Position

A full-time remote opening is available for an LPC licensed in Louisiana. You’ll work with adults who are looking for help with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or difficult changes in their lives. The role is straightforward: provide counseling, stay current with your records, and respond appropriately when something comes up that needs more attention.

What You’ll Focus On

• Meeting with clients for scheduled online counseling sessions
• Helping clients talk through emotional and personal concerns
• Identifying issues that may be affecting mood, behavior, or relationships
• Using your counseling experience to keep sessions productive
• Recording key information from each appointment
• Recognizing when a situation may need another service or provider
• Communicating with the appropriate team member when necessary
• Protecting client privacy and maintaining professional conduct
• Following Louisiana LPC licensing and ethical standards

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Active LPC license in Louisiana
• Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
